Zadatak za Vedrana - T&C

Trebalo bi napisati Terms and Conditions, za pocetak je dovoljno i nesto skraceno dok ne napravimo igru do kraja ali ono osnovno sto se zna bi trebalo odmah ici unutra.

Terms and Conditions

GEM studio, hereinafter referred to as Era of wars, requests all users to read and accept the following Terms and Conditions before registering:


Section 1: Services

(I) Validity of Terms and Conditions
To register at Era of wars, any user has to accept the following Terms and Conditions.

(II) Liability
Era of wars is a free game and therefore, no user has any claim regarding the availability of services. Era of wars is not liable in any way for server breakdown, faulty programming etc. The occurrence of any disadvantages for a user resulting from server breakdowns, faulty programming etc. does not entitle the user to claim the recovery of his account\'s status before the occurrence.


Section 2: Membership

(I) Beginning of membership
Membership begins after an account has been registred at Era of wars.

(III) Termination by Era of wars
Era of wars reserves the right to delete or to block accounts, mainly but not exclusively in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.

(IV) User-financed accounts
If an account is financed by a user. the user only gains the rights he paid for. The user is not entitled to raise any further claims against Era of wars. User-financed accounts are subject to the same regulations (i.e. especially these Terms and Conditions) and the same rights like free accounts. The user is not entitled to claim refunds. Any violation of law, the game\'s rules or these Terms and Conditions is an inadequate behavior.


Section 3: Contents / Responsibility

Era of wars provides a platform that allows users to communicate with each other. The users are responsible for the contents of their communication. Pornographic, xenophobic, offensive and any other wrongful contents are prohibited. Era of wars is not responsible for the contents, but can delete or block any user who proclaims these contents.



Section 4: Prohibited actions

(I) Manipulative actions
It is prohibited
1.to use any mechanisms, software or other tools in connection with the Era of wars website that may cause trouble, defect, breakdown or that may in other way interfere with the function and course of the game;
2.to use any tools that may cause an unreasonable or excessive stress on technical capacities;
3.to block, modify or delete contents generated by Era of wars, or in any other way to interfere with the function and course of the game.

(II) Prohibited programs
It is prohibited to load any sites of Era of wars with any other programs than web browsers. The same applies to scripts and completely or partially automated programs that provide advantages towards other users and auto-refresh-functions and other browser integrated mechanisms, if not technically unavoidable. Era of wars is financed by advertising. Therefore, any blocking of advertising is prohibited, no matter if advertising is specifically blocked or generally can not be displayed due to so-called "pop-up-blockers", text-based browsers or similar installations.



Section 5: Restrictions

(I) Maximum number of accounts
All users agree to use only one account per universe. So called "Multis", i.e. users who do not comply with this agreement, can be deleted or blocked without prior notice.

(II) Several users per account
The use of one account by different users (account-sharing) is prohibited.

(III) Rules
All users agree to comply with the rules when playing the game.

(IV) Blocking
Users can be blocked temporarily or continuously for one or several or all Era of wars services.
The decision whether and how long a user is blocked, is subject to Era of wars discretion.




Section 6: Data protection

(I) Storage of personal data
Era of wars reserves the right to store personal data of users in order to supervise the obedience of users to the rules, the Terms and Conditions and the law. Subject of storage may be the IP address, the eMail address registered and - if available - all data from the user\'s profile. In forums, the profile data is stored.

(II)
Era of wars reserves the right, in compliance with the legal statutes, to disclose personal data to authorities, attorneys or clerks, if and as far as necessary for the protection of Era of wars's interests and rights or the protection of the authorities\' legal duties. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, in particular to advertising and commercial partners.


Section 7: Rights of Era of wars regarding the accounts

(I) General rights
All accounts, including their resources, buildings, etc. are virtual objects of the game. The user does not obtain ownership or any other rights to the account. All rights are reserved by Era of wars. No rights, in particular no exploitation rights, are assigned to the user.

(II) Prohibition of exploitation
Without written permission of Era of wars, it is prohibited to agree with third parties upon the transfer, the utilization or the providing of accounts or access data. In particular, it is prohibited to sell accounts, items or resources, or to make any other profit by leaving accounts or resources to third parties, no matter if temporarily or continuously. The same applies to access data, rights of utilization or any other attempt to evade this regulation. Violations of these or other rights of Era of wars can result in account deleting without prior notice.

(III) Exceptions
It is not prohibited to transfer accounts finally and free of charge, as well as the intern "trading" of resources, if and as far as allowed by the game's rules.



Section 8: Liability

Era of wars is not liable for any damages caused by the use of Era of wars.



Section 9: Modification of Terms and Conditions

Era of wars reserves the right to modify or extend these Terms and Conditions at any time. A modification or extension will be published in the Era of wars forum and on the Era of wars start page at least two weeks before the changes become effective.



Section 10: Applicable law

Croatian law is exclusively applicable for all legal matters in and about Era of wars. Era of wars's venue is venue for any legal action, even in case of the jurisdiction of different forums
