Whenever I try to run GS Inspector I get "Run-time error '429': Active X component can't create object." How do I fix this problem?

I think I know what the problem is, game comes with wrong Irena2DEngine version... Consider it fixed by midnight GMT.

I?ve fixed the problem. When I was compiling the game late last night it was supposed to work with irena2d v0.9.21, but I uploaded the game with irena2d v0.9.22!
So I just made the new .exe file for the game and uploaded it all over again. You can use the same download link.

Please comment back if you experience any new problems.
And thanks for reporting this one.

First make sure you have Irena2d engine version 0.9.22.
You can download it here [300Kb]:
Irena2d Engine

Then, download this zipped fixed exe [25Kb] and extract it in game's folder.
Fixed CI

There you go, but don't expect much as the game is still in it's very early development stage.
Take care :)
